We are in the process of merging our in-office shipping system
with our Internet Shipping System.

We are currently offering a price break for shipping rates in the following increments:
Orders up to $99.99 = $5.50
Orders $100.00-$199.99 = $4.00
Orders $200.00 and up are free!

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for ground and 2nd day shipping. Add $20.00 to the above rates for 2nd day air. If we're shipping to Hawaii or Alaska add $10.00 to the above rates.

Please include name, physical address, and phone number (for UPS). If a commercial address, please include the business name.  At this time, we are unable to consider International Orders or COD’s.

Return Policy & Product Guarantee

All of your purchases at Total Health Nutrition Center are covered by our 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping & handling). Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in their manufacturer's sealed containers for refund.

You are covered by this unconditional guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase. Please e-mail us within 30 days of the shipment date to receive a return authorization and return instructions.

All of the companies have their own standards for ingredient assay and quality control, which we will publish on our website in the future. If you are unfamiliar with a company, please contact us and we will get you the information about their manufacturing practices.
